The adjectives in the nominative case have endings -ые, -ие:

большой дом - большие дома, маленькая комната - маленькие комнаты

The adjectives in the genitive case have endings -ых, -их:

большого дома - больших домов, маленькой комнаты - маленьких комнат

The adjectives in the dative case have endings -ым, -им:

большой дом - большие дома, маленькая комната - маленькие комнаты

The adjectives in the accusative case have endings -ые, -ие (equal to the nominative):

большой дом - большие дома, маленькую комнату - маленькие комнаты

The adjectives in the instrumental case have endings -ыми, -ими:

большим домом - большими домами, маленькой комнатой - маленькими комнатами

The adjectives in the prepositional case have endings -ых, -их (equal to the genitive):

большом доме - больших домах, маленькой комнате - маленьких комнатах

Notice, that these endings are valid for all genders.
